Friends and Family Test
We want you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service.
Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience – what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you’re helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.
Patient Participation Group
If you want to become a member of the Patient Participation Group (PPG)– please let the practice admin staff know; and we can include you in our next meeting!
A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of people who are patients of the surgery and want to help it work as well as it can for patients, doctors and staff.
Your views are important and will be listened to. It may not be possible to act on every suggestion, but all feedback is very valuable.
Please be informed that a PPG meeting is not to discuss any personal complaints about the care you have received from the practice. If you wish to make a complaint, please refer to complaints practice leaflet.
